016//Juice

Today was a nice day off from work. I did a bit of shopping, a bit of eating, and finally made it out to Jiggle Berry for a juice. Juice is red apple, carrot, and beet.

015//Blue Nails

It's Sunday so I painted my nails. Colors used is Essie's Aruba Blue and Sephora by OPI's Midnight Mambo. I'm actually not too hot on the Midnight Mambo which is a glitter nail polish. I need to go and buy new nail polish colors. Do you have any recommendations?

Day 014

014//Elliott

This is my Boston Terrier Sir Elliott Stitch. He is 6 years old (7 in June) and he's one of the loves of my life. I bought him when I lived on my own in another city because I was homesick. Joseph had to warm up to him when we were dating but thankfully Joseph ended up loving him as much as I do in the end.

Day 013

013//Bloody Mary

The beginnings of a good drink. I had plans to enjoy a few Bloody Mary's this weekend. I enjoyed two at dinner last night and we went out to buy the ingredients so I could make some at home. I assembled my purchases at home for my 365 project and didn't even notice the mix was missing. So yeah, no receipt to see if they charged me for the mix or to see if they didn't. Bottom line.. NO FREAKING MIX! No happies until my mix comes back.

012//New Shoes

I've been spending way too much money on myself lately but I really had to have these shoes. I've been wanting to get them for over a year but either I didn't have the money or I just forgot about it. It was my time to have them. They're so pretty.

011//Lonely Lunch

I guess none of the assistants decided to come to the teacher's lounge to eat today. It's okay with me, I don't mind the silence after two hours of loud noise.

Day 010

010//Bite

We just watched the remake of Fright Night. I watched the original a few weeks ago for the first time and couldn't stop rolling my eyes through it. I prefer the remake much more. Was never really a fan of the campy 80's movie. Joseph is a big Evil Dead fan so yeah he was greatly disappointed when I didn't get it.

009//Breakfast

Back to work today. I am going to try and take breakfast and lots of healthy snacks to make sure I don't starve and then go and buy something bad for my lunch. Today's breakfast was a Venti Soy Caramel Macchiato (bad) and a wheat bread slice with almond butter, banana slices, and drizzles of honey.

I picked up another journal I have and decided to write down good snack ideas. Eating better is a goal for the new year, not a resolution.

This is my last weekend until I go back to work. I'm tired and just want to sleep but i'm watching my darlin' Crayon play video games. Using the filter "2012" from my365 app.

006//The Veggie

There's a shop that sells yummy bagels and sandwiches in bagels and bagels, bagels bagels. :) It's kind of out of the way from where I live and they also have dumb hours (who closes at 5pm?). I have been wanting to eat there all week but have been too lazy to leave the house. This was a nice treat for today. I can't believe after the weekend i'll be back to work. /sigh

Day 005//New Things

After Christmas I went on a little shopping spree for me. Today they all came in the mail so it was like Christmas all over again! Tomorrow i'll post more pictures of what I got, sort of like a haul post. I can't wait to show you my stuff but here's a little sneak peak.

Today I put an old journal to use by putting lots of our favorite recipes in them. The recipe site I normall use has been deleting or messing up my saved recipes. I guess it's time for a back up.

Paid some bills. I so hate having to give my money away to hospital & doctor bills.

Day 2: Oh no!

Broken. This was a "P" that I painted for our wedding and today it fell and broke. It really makes me sad because it was apart of our wedding. This is not the first item that something I treasure from our wedding has fallen and broken. My hanging skills must suck!
