I sat and thought for a moment about this long and hard. This would have to be something wishful and made up since there will be no more "first dates" for me and I can't really pick any from the past first date vault. My first date with J was actually one of the WORST dates ever and yet somehow we managed to make it to date two and happily ever after.
If i'm picking a first date with something that I would enjoy it would have to be a concert. Typical first dates are usually dinner or dinner and a movie. If you really wanted to impress me do something totally different. I love music and I love watching live music more.
So for the LOLz i'm going to go back and re-cap my first date with J. For people who don't know I met my husband on myspace. We were total strangers who had no friends in common. He added me after he came across my picture because he thought I was cute. My myspace policy on random adds from guys was to wait and see if they introduced themselves properly before deciding to keep them or delete them. If I got something skeevy from them they got deleted and if they didn't even attempt to contact me I deleted them. I hated myspace add whores.
J somehow slipped under my radar because one night I was going through my friend list and noticed this profile that I had no idea who the person was. He had to have been on there for a month or so and I never deleted him and he never tried to contact me. It just so happened that he was online at the time so I decided to send him a message to say hi and introduce myself. We hit it off online and talked via yahoo! messenger for about two weeks before we met up for our first date.
My suggestion for our first date was grabbing some ice cream and then going to the $1 movies. We hit up Marble Slab and watched Night at the Museum. I was so nervous at meeting him but I tried my best to be talkative even though i'm super quiet. In the movie I could feel him staring at me and he even grabbed my hand at one point. I was a little freaked out. On the way out to our cars we gave each other a hug to say good bye and then he came in for a kiss. He says he was aiming for my cheek but I freaked out and turned away at the last second and he ended up in my hair! SUCH A BAD DATE! I wasn't sure what to think and I had no idea that in his head he already felt he screwed up so he wasn't even going to talk to me again. As it turns out there was just something there so we continued to talk. We took it slow and I enjoyed every moment getting to know who is now my wonderful, loving, and doting husband.
THE END

he puts up with me
3 of my 4 took me to movies/eat somewhere on our first date! we won't talk about the 4th one because it was a icky situation!

Yeah, like I mentioned it was either strictly a dinner date or dinner and a movie. Guys are so not creative!
