A Nuisance

I'm trying to make a list in my head of everything that needs to be taken care of. For one, there is an issue about a recliner that has been on our porch for close to a month. It belongs to our neighbor who set it out there on his side after he bought/rented new furniture. Not really a problem with us except that apparently someone on the block complained about it to the city and we received a notice of public nuisance. The thing being that we got a letter about this as well. I spoke with him about the letter and he said he would have the chair removed this weekend. Chair is still on the porch. He has until the 30th before we get inspected again which is on Wednesday. If he doesn't remove it in time then I hope it's all on him, meaning fines and whatnot for not complying, however i'm worried that since it was sent to both of us that we will be charged as well. I told the hubs to call the landlord to let her know that it's not our chair and hopefully get confirmation that if it's not removed in time we will not be charged any fees.

Another thing coming up on Monday is hopefully (cross your fingers, eyes, and toes people) the day we can finally see the car we've been interested in for a week. We've been in communication with a dealership who has been waiting for the vehicle to arrive at the lot since this past Wednesday. We had scheduled to go and look at the car on Friday but when I called to confirm with him I was told it wasn't ready yet. The clutch was being replaced and then they had to do test runs on the car, and even though he called us on Saturday to get our hopes up, it should most definitely be there tomorrow. And if not, well I guess it's time to pass and look at other cars.

I'm hoping this week flys by because i'm just in no mood for anything. Today I practically spent all day in bed. It's only because the hubs texted me to get ready where he took me to go eat ice cream and to Target to cheer me up. I love him so very much!
